Does Packages Include Trave?

The quick answer is no. As I travel all over the country and around the world and each wedding and elopement is unique with unique needs, I do not include travel costs in my packages. If any of your bookings require travel, we will discuss travel costs prior to you signing a contract. 

Do you offer payment plans?

I offer 3, 6, or 9-month payment plans. At the bottom of your contract, you will find an option to select if you would like to pay in full within 30 days of signing the contract or select a payment plan. When opting for a payment plan, please note that I require invoice balances to be paid in full 60 days before the wedding date to ensure I can book my travel, etc. If you choose a payment plan, you will receive an automatic email on the first of every month and your payment will be due by the 10th of every month until paid in full. Travel fees are exempt from payment plans so I can book travel accommodations accordingly. All packages include tax fees, however, you will see a 2.9% service charge for bank processing on each month's invoice ( I do not make a profit off of the bank fees).

Can I add add-ons after booking?

Yes, all packages can be upgraded with add-ons. Clients must book add-ons no later than 6-weeks from booked service date and have add-ons paid in full no later than 4-weeks from booked service date. Clients can choose to upgrade their package at anytime, however, clients cannot downgrade their package.

What if my family is paying for our photography?

This happens often, and I think it's one of the most meaningful gifts a family could give a couple. If you have family who is helping you pay for your photography services, on your contract there is an option to select and let me know this is happening and a spot to give me their email address. On the 1st of every month, you will still receive the automatic invoice email, however, it will also go to the party who is paying for your photography and they will be able to pay that invoice. I do not hold card information, so each month (if you've chosen a payment plan) they will need to re-enter their card info to make that month's payment, if they do not pay it by the 10th, they are subject to late fees. I also would like to clarify, that I do not communicate with family who is paying for photography about wedding decisions, planning, or photography, this is reserved strictly between myself and you as the couple. If whoever is paying for your photography services asks me any questions or requests I will direct them to you.
