My Process
From that first email to the final gallery delivery, here is a step-by-step breakdown of how my process works and what it's like to work with me.
Your wedding day is here! this is the moment you've been planning for. sink into all that it is and enjoy it, knowing i'm right there to document it all.
Once i’m back home, I triple back up your photos so nothing is lost and then I get to editing and preparing your photos to be uploaded onto your online gallery. this can take typically 6-12 weeks from start to finish.
Your online gallery is sent to you! This will be your first time seeing all of the photos, and it’s such a special and emotional experience. You’ll get unlimited download and printing rights! now we’re friends for life!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I see you are Idaho-based, do you travel? Are travel fees included?
Yes, I love to travel. I have been all over the United States and several countries, including Germany and Morocco. Most of my wedding packages include basic two-day travel within the United States. If you are looking for extended days coverage or travel outside of the United States, there will be a travel fee to cover those costs.
What is considered 'Basic Travel'?
When a package includes “Basic Travel” this means it includes airfare or mileage within the continental United States, a day of travel before your wedding day, and the day of your wedding. If your wedding requires travel outside of the continental US or additional days, you will see a travel fee added to your final invoice. If your package does not include travel, you will get a custom travel invoice that will be added to your final invoice. If your package requires a travel invoice, we will discuss the cost prior to your booking.
How far in advance can we book?
I book up to 15-months in advance. I highly suggest booking sooner rather than later. No date is guaranteed until you sign a contract and pay the retainer and are officially booked. I only take 5 weddings/elopements each year (January-December) so space is limited.
Do you help with planning?
Yes, some of my packages include planning assistance and planning services can be added to any package. Planning services include assistance with curation and vision, art direction, connection to vendors who align with your vision, location scouting, travel arrangements and activities, and more. Planning assistance, however, does not include day of wedding/event coordination as I will be photographing your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I offer interest free payment plans. Once you have paid your retainer of $1,500 usd and signed a contract, you can choose to have a 3, 6 or 9 month interest free payment plan. Travel fees are exempt from payment plans so I can book travel accomidations accordingly. All packages include state tax (6.00%) and all packages will see a 2.9% service charge for bank processing.
