In the middle of Joshua Tree, two foodies from Oregon and their closest friends and family members gathered to celebrate them getting married after several trials and tribulations. This intimate wedding was everything and more, from the brides grandparents being the officiants to the cookies that traveled all the way from Oregon to California from the couples favorite bakery, this intimate wedding was filled with personal touches. The one thing I cannot get over is how much 2018 was about growth and becoming. I traveled to four different countries and seven states to capture births, weddings, couples, elopements, graduations, engagements, and families.

At the base of the Sawtooth Mountains in Central Idaho, John and Kat celebrated their wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family. Their day was filled with dancing, their favorite foods and all the cheese cake one could dream of surrounding a campfire. I don’t know if I’ll ever get over this wedding, and I don’t know if I want to be.
