When autumn hits Northern Idaho, it’s unlike anything else. The air becomes thick with fireplace smoke and the musky smell of crimson and burnt orange leaves. The Tamarack go ablaze in various hues of yellows, spotting mountainsides with flame and color.

It was set against the setting sun, as dust, juniper and sage brush became the glorious chorus that made this elopement session scream with beauty. There was so much love, and their smiles were never ending, that I doubt I ever lifted my finger from the shutter key.
